I feel like I am talking to family when I call.  I am not rushed on the phone - we are able to talk and conversate and, again, it's a pleasure to call no matter what I am looking to do or get info on.  You have a great team of individuals working for you that have created a brand of trust and family with your agency that I refer you to anyone looking for insurance.  I always tell people your agency may not have a fancy app, and that when you call you may have to leave a message, but they will call you back that day, they will give you the time and attention you deserve and you will feel like they actually care about you.  I know I can call your office and get the best service from people who know me and genuinely seem interested in me and my family.  It's refreshing in today's world of quantity over quality to find people like you have working for you that understand how important doing the right thing is, and how the small things can make a customer feel valued and, not only stay, but refer others to you as well.  Keep up the good work!
